After 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, Michelle knows that fashion is her first love. In 2010, she merged her education (Masters of Human Relations, University of Oklahoma), experience (over 20 years of retail senior management) and passion, and launched her styling business, High Maintenance Image & Fashion Consulting before opening Glam in Fredericksburg, VA in 2013.
